We continue to experience strong growth, and are committed to offering opportunities for our Summer Internships and Construction Management Training Program. Internship Program
At WALSH, we place deep value in learning. Our intern cohorts give students the opportunity to bridge the gap between academic theory and practical application. Each year we select students to participate in our hands-on approach to learning. As an intern, you will be located on site with the field team and learning the ins-and-outs of building and construction. This model affords you the opportunity to work with a dedicated Superintendent, Project Manager, and field craftspeople who will serve as your mentors during your time with us. As a member of your regional cohort, you will engage with your peers and regional leadership to have a “sneak peek” into the culture of WALSH. If this sounds exciting to you, apply today!
Construction Management Trainee Program
We invite you to consider joining us in our Construction Management Trainee Program. As an upcoming or recent college graduate, we look to start you in the field as a Project Engineer. Upon entering our program, we will pair you with a seasoned project team including Superintendents and Project Managers. Our focus on field-first, builder knowledge will expose you to a variety of project types and leadership styles. During your time on each project, you will partner with leadership and your mentor to talk about your goals and next career steps.
