Solid Ground Celebrates Additional Housing at Sand Point Campus

Walsh Construction Co. was honored to work with Seattle nonprofit developer Solid Ground on the successful completion of their new housing at the Sand Point Housing Campus. On Wednesday, May 21st, community leaders and supporters gathered at Solid Ground’s Sand Point campus to dedicate their two newest buildings of 175 units of housing for formerly homeless people and to celebrate 40+ years of action, innovation, and partnership in King County.

Greenbridge Wins Center for Active Design Excellence Award

WALSH Breaks Ground on Anthem on 12th

Walsh Construction Co. and Spectrum Development Solutions broke ground this week on Anthem on 12th, located on 12th Ave and East Yesler Way. Anthem on 12th will be the first private development of the larger Yesler Terrace neighborhood revitalization. The six-story 118,000 square foot transit-oriented residential project consists of 120 apartments with 4,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
