We are thrilled to celebrate with Bridge Meadows and Carleton Hart Architecture PC the grand opening of Bridge Meadows|Redmond and in welcoming children, parents, and elders to their new homes in Central Oregon! We are honored to partner with Bridge Meadows in their dedication to building intentional intergenerational living for the benefit of families and seniors. Our two organizations have celebrated the success of building three intergenerational communities together over the past 10 years – North Portland, Beaverton and now Redmond. What started as a concept that had major headwinds in the beginning, is now being celebrated nationally for bringing innovative solutions to healthy living for families and seniors. We enjoyed celebrating the grand opening of Imagine Housing‘s 30Bellevue yesterday.

30Bellevue provides 63 affordable homes for families, seniors, and veterans on an existing surface parking lot behind St. Luke’s Lutheran Church in the North Towne neighborhood of Bellevue. Congratulations to the 30Bellevue team!

Northwest Housing Alternatives Campus Redevelopment Nearing Completion

We are deeply grateful to be a part of the team for the Northwest Housing Alternatives Campus Redevelopment which will provide much needed affordable housing and services to families! The new and improved facilities will enable NHA to continue to provide crucial housing services for low-income families, veterans, seniors and people with special needs. Passive House, Orchards at Orenco in Politico Magazine

Orchards at Orenco is a highly efficient, transit-oriented workforce housing project in the Orenco Station neighborhood of Hillsboro for owner/developer REACH CDC. The 57-unit project, designed by Ankrom Moisan Architects, is the first phase of the Orchards at Orenco development, which over the course of three phases will total approximately 150 units.

Orchards was awarded Best Affordable Passive Building and also awarded Best Overall Passive Building Project by PHIUS, announced September 10 in Chicago at the 10th Annual North American Passive House Conference.
