Woody Guthrie Place is a 4-story affordable/market-rate multifamily residential development consisting of 64 units (total). The building is planned as a 60,878 sf wood-framed construction, consisting of ground floor community space and support spaces including lobby, resident services/management office, common utility spaces and bicycle storage. Residential units consist of one, two and three-bedroom flats as well as three-bedroom townhomes. The ground level floor consists of community space, residential units, and utility spaces, while floors 2-4 contain residential units only. Exterior site improvements include surface and covered parking (28 spaces total), community plaza space, small resident play space, and individualized unity entry spaces. Full right-of-way improvements to be provided on both 91st and Reedway streets.
