Bids to be broken out for areas called HOUSING A / HEALTHCARE B per the bid information to the best of bidder’s ability.

SELECT TRADES: Demolition, Site Utilities, Clearing & Earthwork, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Rough Carpentry & Elevators

For clarification, Eastside Health Center, is a new construction project, including 34,476 SF of outpatient clinic space, along with a  1,346 SF cafe  and 175 units of recovery oriented housing, recuperative care housing, and/or mental health housing for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. 

For purposes of CCC’s financing (from different sources) they will require separate breakouts/invoices between what they call ‘HOUSING A (4,5,6 floors) and ‘HEALTHCARE B” (1,2, 3 floors) ~see breakdown in the bid documents of locations.
