Schedule of Construction: Expected Start – October 2017, Complete – August 2018

Project Description: The Jade is a 4-story affordable multifamily residential development consisting of 48 units of housing. The building is planned as a 48,000 SF facility, with 3 floors of wood-framed construction over (1) post tension concrete podium deck. The ground floor will consist of community space and support spaces including lobby, manager’s office, lounge, and common room, along with tuck under parking. Residential units on floors 2-4 consist of one, two, & three bedroom flats, plus common laundry and bike storage rooms. Exterior site improvements consist of 12 tuck under parking spots, hardscapes, and some planting areas.

Walsh Construction Co./OR has released the Bid Packages for the above referenced project.  Below is the sharefile link to all the bid documents.  The Bid Packages are located under #03 Bid Packages.

For clarification, Eastside Health Center, is a new construction project, including 34,476 SF of outpatient clinic space, along with a  1,346 SF cafe  and 175 units of recovery oriented housing, recuperative care housing, and/or mental health housing for people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. 

For purposes of CCC’s financing (from different sources) they will require separate breakouts/invoices between what they call ‘HOUSING A (4,5,6 floors) and ‘HEALTHCARE B” (1,2, 3 floors) ~see breakdown in the bid documents of locations.
