CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: January 2024 to July 2025

  • No wage rate requirements.
  • No workforce or certified payroll requirements.
  • Project COBID Goal of 20%.

Project Description:
New four-story affordable housing with 64 units, wood frame construction, 59,504 sf total conditioned space, 35,887 sf of envelope with a small landscaped courtyard. Also includes a small portion of site and building demolition as well as new City of Portland sidewalks along Foster Blvd.

Walsh Construction is requesting final GMP bids for 73 Foster Affordable Housing Apartment project. Construction is anticipated to start January 2024, completion March 2025.

HVAC, Fire Sprinkler, Electrical, Low Voltage, and Plumbing Subcontractor partners have already been selected.

Home Forward Killingsworth Housing is a new construction development that is 100% affordable housing supported by Metro regional housing bond funds administered by the Portland Housing Bureau. The project consists of (1) wood frame building supported by a slab on grade foundation, with 84 residential units.
