- The 161,924 SF renovation of the Stoel Rives law office included 10 full stories of remodel which involved relocating all of the network services and phone switches to a new location 18 stories below the tenant space without interrupting the law firm’s day-to-day operations.
- All interior finishes on each floor from suspended ceiling to the flooring were removed. New metal-stud office walls and conference rooms were laid out and finished, all new design-build electrical and phone data systems installed, architectural millwork and extensive custom casework installed and carpeting laid.
- In addition, elevator lobbies were renovated and the restrooms on each floor modified for ADA with new finishes. No operations were interrupted during this 15-month remodel.
