During construction, 135 mph gale winds and weeks of power outages wasn’t enough to slow down Walsh Construction Co. due to proactive thinking and quick response time. Walsh was two weeks ahead of most of the Long Beach Peninsula in gaining electricity. Significant site development included on-grade parking, swimming pools with associated site development work, paving, landscape, storm water treatment and control structures and ancillary improvements.
