Phase I of Cedar Creek Assisted Living Facility in Sherwood, Oregon consisted of the construction of 26,251 SF, 31 units of slab-on-grade, wood-frame assisted living facility with a commercial kitchen, an interior courtyard adjacent to a school and church with a wetland site that was carefully mitigated. High level interior finishes, full kitchen and dining facility, common laundry and hair-dressing salon. The work at Cedar Creek Assisted Living Facility Phase II involved the addition of 21,500 SF, 20-unit, two story, wood frame assisted living facility expansion, with partial demolition and remodeling at both addition connections and within selected areas of the existing facility.
