The 75,000 square foot project  contains 85 units with a mix of studios, 1-bedrooms, 2-bedroom, and loft units, as well as 13 parking spaces in an underground garage. Twenty percent of the units at Reverb are affordable with the rents at 65%, 75%, and 85% AMI for studios, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedrooms respectively. Reverb  also has special town home loft units with exterior access from 11th avenue. Amenities  include a roof top club room with views of Mt. Rainier, a dog run, dog wash, fire pit, and barbecue grills. The project is targeted LEED Gold Certification. The design identity of Reverb builds from the music themed industrial design aesthetic created for Anthem and Decibel. Reverb was one of three projects Walsh is working on for Spectrum Development. The three projects are named Anthem, Decibel, and Reverb in honor of Jimi Hendrix who once lived in the area.
