Portland Habilitation Center is a 56,000 SF concrete tilt-up office and warehouse with a 19,000 SF mezzanine office area. One of the most striking features of the building is the unique blend of concrete walls and pitched metal roof, as well as the greenhouse.

Portland Habilitation is a non-profit organization created for the purpose of training and employing individuals who are developmentally disabled.  WALSH was able to assist with organizing and processing in-kind contributions to cut their costs and help them reach their construction goals.
