The Lyon Building is a historic landmark building that was built in 1910. Since then, it has been converted to an apartment building for homeless men and women affected by HIV/AIDS, mental illness, and addiction. It includes 64 renovated apartments in 45,000 SF.

The rehabilitation included window refurbishment and targeted replacement, new interior furring walls on levels 2-5, maintenance of existing masonry ceiling, interior updates including elevator maintenance, window coverings, entry door locks, and a security system.
