Lancaster Bridge is an affordable housing asset for the Corvallis community. The complex holds 17 buildings and houses 50 low-income households, approximately 160 residents. Moisture problems were corrected, and the property’s appearance received a major overhaul. The foundations were raised to meet flood-way and floodplain requirements. Building envelopes were replaced to correct defects causing water intrusion.
