The project consisted of remodeling an entire suite. Work included ICRA, demolition, new electrical, new casework, new paint, new flooring, new signage, moving and hanging OFCI from their current space to the new. Two new exam rooms were completely built out. The work was completed at night to minimize the impact to adjacent spaces. Major coordination of critical shutdowns, along with working around an existing MOHS dermatology clinic, were also part of the scope and logistics.
