WALSH turned a 34,022 SF elementary school building constructed in 1918 into a high school for at-risk youth. The remodel consisted of demolition to the existing building to make room for administrative offices, installation of a new hydraulic elevator, new commercial kitchen, improved ADA access, and modifications to the existing classrooms. The project also included excavation and sitework, demolition of an existing parking lot, a new parking lot and driveway, and storm sewer improvements.
