Compass at Ronald Commons is an affordable housing complex with 12 units especially reserved for veterans and their families. The building will have a 12,000 SF integrated service center with support programs and a food bank, owned and operated by Hopelink. The project will also include a remodel of the Ronald United Methodist Church in order to expand their offerings and resources to the community. The project has a total of 60 affordable apartments in 5 stories in over 79,700 SF.
