Chaucer Court is the historic renovation of a 70,000 SF building into affordable housing for seniors. The eight-story building includes 80 units and beautiful common areas. Constructed in 1924, the former International Order of Odd Fellows headquarters was remodeled in the 1980s for affordable housing use. Included in the project are new windows (historic reproductions on the street elevations), cleaning of the brick and terra cotta, new roof, and a complete upgrade of all interior residential units. The building is listed in the National Register.
