The project’s mission – to provide workforce as well as market-rate housing for those who wish to walk or bike to work – creates a vibrant residential community. Bridges’ many common areas include rooftop decks with large lounge/BBQ areas, pea patch planters, and a dog turf area. The furnished lounge is equipped with a demonstration kitchen, fireplace, TVs and banquettes. The development also has a fitness center and a bike club where tenants have space to work on and store their bikes. Bridges’ scope extends beyond the buildings’ footprints, including expansive exterior areas that create an engaging community atmosphere. LEED Silver pending.
