Ballard Urban Rest stop is a tenant improvement within an existing mixed-use building, Cheryl Chow Apartments – LIHI Ballard Senior Apartments, with 51 low-income senior housing apartments, including 25 studios and 25 one bedroom units as well as one on-site manager unit.

The 1,952 SF TI space is designed to provide homeless families and other individuals a place to wash clothes, take showers, and receive counseling. The mixed-use space includes staff offices, showers, washers and dryers, and a laundry table for use by homeless men and women in the area at no cost to them.
