WALSH Women in Construction
Women numbered 10.9% of the entire U.S. construction workforce in 2022. Washington ranked fourth with 13.6%, with Oregon taking fifth place at 13.5%.
At Walsh Construction Co., we decided to do even better. We’re proud to claim 19.9% of our entire company identifies as women. Our commitment to an equitable workforce began when our doors opened back in 1961 and will continue as long as they stay open. Here’s to all the women in construction, but especially to our WALSH women!
