Jeff Copus

Superintendent

With over two decades of experience working in occupied buildings and challenging projects, Jeff has a proven record of completing projects on time and on budget. He is highly regarded for his ability to develop strong relationships with fellow employees, architects, engineers, owners, inspectors and city officials. He has worked on multiple occupied renovation projects, including the $12.2m Sellwood Center; the $4.9m Admiral Apartments historic remodel; the $1.8 million occupied, historic 333 SW Oak project; and the $4.4m, 33,000 SF, OHSU Physicians Pavilion; also an occupied renovation with significant tenant and patient requirements.
