Erik Holte

Erik has been with WALSH since 1997, working his way up through the field to Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent and now General Superintendent. Erik possesses an incredible knack for schedule management and his depth in field experience will provide exceptional oversight for our projects. With over 24 years of construction experience, Erik will be responsible for managing, mentoring, assisting and training all WALSH Oregon field personnel. He will be engaged in all of our projects and take an active role in preconstruction logistics and planning as well as ensuring that standard operating procedures continue to evolve with best practices. He is responsible for coordinating superintendent job assignments, managing jobsite schedules and conflict resolution. The role of General Superintendent requires extensive management, communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to anticipate problems and bring people together to develop solutions quickly. Erik has been an asset to WALSH in all of these areas and a tremendous advocate for our clients in seeing that quality work is done on all our projects.
