Senior Project Manager
Dennis is a champion of collaboration and teamwork, dedicated to meeting clients’ goals with projects delivered on time and on budget. Dennis specializes in complex housing projects, is well versed in wood frame, concrete and steel construction and has 26 years of construction experience. As Sr. Project Manager he will lead our team’s efforts through preconstruction and construction, and will work with our Superintendent to create a well-grounded, achievable schedule. Dennis joined Walsh in 2007, completing several multi-family housing projects, each delivered on or ahead of schedule and on or under budget. His background in urban mixed use and commercial construction make him a great fit for this project.
