Bennett Barnwell is an experienced builder. He joined WALSH in 2006 and is an exceptional planner who excels in both wood and concrete construction. As project manager, Bennett’s ability to respond quickly and accurately to complex requirements, tight schedules and constrained budgets has resulted in successful projects completed for affordable housing and higher education clients. In addition to multi-family housing, his portfolio includes occupied renovation projects requiring the ability to create, communicate and execute complex and demanding schedules. He leads the team with calm persistence to achieve all project goals related to safety, schedule, budget, quality and sustainable construction. Bennett assists in preconstruction efforts, implements budget and subcontractor selection. Bennet’s experience and understanding of the processes and expectations that go into creating a successful project, make him well suited to meet your project goals.
