This affordable housing community is located in Seattle and offers 68 units to families making 50-60% of the area’s median income. By incorporating live-work units, townhomes, and typical apartments, the 52,576 square foot building satisfies the diverse needs of its residents. ALC meets Washington’s Evergreen Standard with sustainable features such as water-conserving fixtures, with an enhanced building envelope design that surpasses performance standards set by Army Corps of Engineers and City of Seattle.

Congratulations to our wonderful Walsh team and our great partners at Low Income Housing Institute and Runberg Architecture Group!
