Congratulations to our project partners, REACH Community Development and Carleton Hart Architecture PC to have won a Restore Oregon DeMuro Award for Historic Preservation for the Bronaugh Apartments, which provide affordable housing to Portland’s seniors.
Originally built in 1905, the Bronaugh is listed on the historic registry and is one of the oldest remaining apartment buildings in Portland.
