Project Description:
New construction of a 12-story, mass-timber “tall-wood building” in Portland, OR. Project will include office, retail and residential uses. Project to be built to higher energy efficient and air tightness standards. Construction to begin in October 2016.
Schedule Highlights:
Planning and design May 2015 to October 2016.
Construction starts October 2016 to December 2017.
